I. Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
My packages include travel within 15 miles of my area near Curry Ford. For locations beyond that, a $50 travel fee applies to cover additional time and expenses. Let me know where your session or event will be, and I’ll be happy to confirm any travel costs!
II. What is your cancellation or reschedule policy
Life is full of surprises, and I understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to find a new date that works, depending on availability. Please note that cancellations within a specific timeframe may incur a fee, and retainers are non-refundable since they secure your booking. My goal is to be as flexible as possible, so if anything comes up, let’s talk—I’m here to help, and clear communication makes all the difference!
III. Is there a retainer fee?
To secure your session date, a non-refundable retainer fee of 25% is required. This ensures your spot is reserved, and I can dedicate my full attention to making your experience truly special. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session.
IV. Do you have a studio, or do you only do on-location shoots?
I’m happy to offer both studio and on-location shoots! If you prefer a studio setting, I can provide that for an additional $150 fee to cover the space. Just let me know what you’re envisioning, and we can plan the perfect setting for your session!
